Culturally Specialised Care
At Australian-Filipino Community Services, we pride ourselves in offering culturally appropriate care that meets the unique needs of the Filipino community. Our dedicated team works proactively and with compassion to ensure that every individual feels understood and supported in their journey.
Services & Support
We provide aged care and NDIS support in both home and community settings, tailored to the unique needs of Filipinos. Our services promote dignity, wellbeing, and social connection through personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and inclusive group activities.
We also offer a range of other programs including youth and family engagement, crisis support and short-term crisis accommodation, and volunteering, all shaped by cultural understanding and a commitment to community empowerment.
Cultural Activities & Celebrations
At AFCS, we believe Filipino culture is a gift to be shared not only within our community but with all Australians. We honour traditions, language, and heritage through vibrant events and activities that bring people together across generations. From community gatherings, folk dancing, and culinary workshops, we create spaces where culture is lived, learned, and passed on.
These initiatives help all generations connect with their roots and invite the wider community to experience the richness of Filipino life. Every gathering is an opportunity to celebrate identity, build understanding, and strengthen belonging.
